After creating your account, log in and navigate to your vault. You'll see an "Upload Document" button. You can upload PDF, JPG, PNG, and most common document formats. Documents are automatically encrypted upon upload. You can add names, categories, and notes to each document for easy organization.

From your account dashboard, click "Recipients" in the sidebar. You can add up to 10 people with their name, mailing address, email, and phone number. You can update, add, or remove recipients at any time. Changes take effect on the next monthly verification cycle.

If you receive a notification that someone is attempting to access your account and you did not authorize it, log in immediately and click "Deny Access" from your dashboard. You will have the full 4–5 day window to deny any access request. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact our security team immediately at security@dokudocs.com.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing year. If you cancel within the first 30 days, you're eligible for a full refund under our money-back guarantee.
