While we don't offer a free trial, every plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days for a full refund.
Yes — you can move between Essentials, Family, and Legacy at any renewal. Upgrading takes effect immediately with a prorated charge for the remaining months of your billing year. If you downgrade to a plan with a lower recipient or vendor limit, any recipients or vendors above the new plan's limit are paused (not deleted) until you upgrade again or remove them — your documents themselves are never affected by a plan change.
Your subscription automatically renews annually at your current plan unless you choose a different one. We'll send you a renewal reminder 30 days before your renewal date, and you can change plans or cancel anytime from your account dashboard before the renewal date.
Absolutely. All payments are processed through a secure, SSL-encrypted connection. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. Your financial data is handled by our payment processor and is never accessible to DokuDocs employees.
